Event ID 455

1. Navigate to: C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\ 

2. Create a folder named "TileDataLayer"

3. In the new TileDataLayer folder create another folder named "Database"

4. Reboot

You can also use GroupPolicy to create these folders if you are in an enterprise, or add the folder creating during your imaging process.
